What Should I Expect During
My First Session?
🌸 Getting Comfortable
You’ll lay fully clothed on a cozy massage table under a soft blanket, supported by the Ereada® Far-Infrared Amethyst Mat. This mat combines gentle crystal heat, negative ions, magnets, and light therapy to relax your muscles, detoxify your body, and prepare you for deep energetic healing.

🌈 Chakra Check-In
Next, I’ll use a pendulum chakra reading to sense your energy flow. Together, we’ll set personal intentions so the session is aligned with what you most need.

🧘 Your Reiki Experience
You’ll listen to guided meditation or soothing frequencies while I channel Reiki through gentle hands-on energy work. I may also include:

These tools work together to clear blockages, restore balance, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

💫 After Your Session
We’ll talk about what came up for you and I’ll do a final chakra reading to ensure your energy centers are balanced. Most clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed.
